Cancellation Policy

All website information is subject to change and all authority including updated prices, terms and conditions, and other critical information is held by our physical files. Updated PDF copies can be requested.

In the event of a cancellation on our part you will be refunded the full amount. We require 24 hours notice after purchase to cancel a tour without penalty. Any cancellations or changes within 24 hours of departure, late-comers or no-shows, may not be rescheduled or refunded. Group and Corporate Event bookings of 6 or more guests have a 5 day cancellation requirement after booking without penalty. All private tours booked within 48 hours from the departure date maybe rescheduled but not refunded and penalties may apply. Customized private tours booked within 72 hours before the departure date cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. Penalties will be determined on a case by case bases by the company..

The company cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages in any such way.

Waiver Forms

All guests are required to sign a release waiver forms prior to a tour departure. It is recommended that each person has personal insurance coverage. Refunds for trips already in progress will be determined by the company on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to poor weather conditions, restrictions or other factors we cannot control. You will be responsible for the cost of the evacuation for medical or personal reasons should it be necessary. Obtain extra travel insurance if necessary.

Transportation

A change to the requested pick-up location requires 12 hour notice without penalty. We or the supplier reserve the right to cancel tours or change location due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation on our part you will be refunded the full amount.

Seasonal

Outdoor wear appropriate for the day's weather is required.

If you are not properly prepared for the appropriate weather conditions you may be turned back at the guides discretion and your payment will not be refunded. Winter wear includes a warm hat and gloves, winter boots or hiking boots, warm winter coat. If you do not have suitably clothing you will not be permitted to participate. Please ensure that your health plan will cover you in case of illness or accident whilst here.
